DAP7000

Dap7000 is a coupling template for forming in a closed mold, proposed to completion of the range of the Meccatronica automations for the processing of composite materials. The forming beams act as moldholders and guarantee a perfect closure during the polymer injection. The molds can be heated electrically or by means of liquid.

The possibility of having automatic mold exchange combined with simple and intuitive control are features particularly appreciated by the operator. The size and forming force can be adapted to the customer’s needs; moreover, the automation can be supplied including molds and injection machine.
